• We monitor, follow and stick to the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and from the Italian authorities to continue provide the best possible service safeguarding the safety of our guests.
• To ensure a high level of safety for all, the areas next to the entrance to the houses have been equipped with dispensers with disinfectant solutions available for our guests.
• The houses are scrupulously cleaned by using highly sanitizing products.
• Sheets and towels are washed at very high temperatures to ensure maximum hygiene.
• Remote controls, TVs, handles, keys and switches, are also treated with extreme diligence, with products that guarantee total sanitation.
