The two houses DIETROSERRA and IL GELSO DI DIETROSERRA are located in the municipality of Dietroserra Viagrande, about 1 km from the village, at the foot of Monte Serra, in the context of a traditional Sicilian house, situated in a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. They offer a picturesque view of the sea from Taormina to Catania, they enjoy a splendid panorama of the Etna, of his surrounding craters and of the vineyard located in front of the house. In a few minutes you can reach the Etna Vulcano, where you can take guided tours, and the picturesque seaside resorts characterized with lava rocks (Acitrezza, Acicastello, etc..) and the beautiful beaches of Giardini, and Taormina (nord side) or San Lorenzo, Noto, Marzamemi (towards sud). What is more you can easily reach the baroque town of Acireale, and of course Catania, Siracusa, Noto. A few meters from the holiday home there is the Museum of Etna that allows you to know the world and the history of volcanoes through photos, theme rooms, multimedia and 3D representations. Behind the house lies the Monte Serra Park which offers nature trails, visits to the Butterfly House, entertainment for children, educational workshops and ski and tubing. The two houses are completely independent. Guests can enjoy, private parking, barbecue, the swimming pool and the beautiful landscape while lying in the shade of old trees.
